Looking for Full-Time SLP School-Based Role | Lafayette, IN
Position Summary:
A school district in Lafayette, IN is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with speech and language needs across a K–12 population. This on-site role focuses on providing therapy services, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with educators and families to promote communication development and academic growth.
Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate students for speech, language, fluency, and voice impairments

Develop individualized goals and treatment plans as part of each student’s IEP
-
Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
-
Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
-
Communicate with families and teachers regarding strategies for classroom carryover
-
Ensure all services are aligned with state and federal guidelines
Required Credentials:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current Indiana SLP license issued by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)

CCC-SLP preferred
-
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
-
School-based experience preferred but not required
