Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract role with an elementary school caseload in Lafayette, California, for the 2025-2026 school year. We are looking for a dedicated clinician to provide essential therapy services and help young learners thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings.

Develop and execute effective treatment plans in line with student IEPs to drive positive outcomes.

Track student progress meticulously, adapting therapy sessions as needed to maximize student success.

Maintain open communication and act as a key collaborator with faculty, families, and the broader special education team.
Requirements:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active California state license in Speech-Language Pathology

California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Credential

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); CFYs are also encouraged to apply

Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
