Position Overview:
We are seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a collaborative and mission-driven team in La Crosse, Wisconsin, serving PreK–5th grade students. This role offers flexibility for both part-time and full-time candidates, with a caseload of approximately 35–40 students.
Key Features:

Work closely with an SLP team of 16

Monthly professional development and coordinated planning days

Use of adaptive technology and AAC devices
-
Strong emphasis on service delivery in general education settings beyond traditional pull-out therapy

Launching universal speech screening for kindergarten and 2nd grade to promote early identification

Assignments typically involve two school buildings, or a combination of a school and an itinerant early childhood role

Services provided in natural settings and community-based playgroups whenever possible
Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Experience with inclusive and collaborative service delivery

Familiarity with AAC systems and adaptive communication tools

Passion for early intervention and interdisciplinary teamwork

Flexibility to support students across multiple sites
Requirements:

Active Wisconsin SLP license or eligibility

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practice
