Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location : La Crescenta, CA
Job Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
- Assess and diagnose students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that support each student's unique goals.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy to help students excel in speech, language, and social communication.
- Work hand-in-hand with teachers, staff, and families to create a supportive environment for student success.
- Be an active participant in IEP meetings, sharing progress and setting new goals for students.
- Create a positive, fun, and engaging environment for students to reach their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in communication disorders
- CA state licensure as an SLPA
- Previous school experience is a plus, but we’re open to new grads who are eager to learn!
- Strong communicator who loves collaborating with students, staff, and families
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of students
