A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide services across multiple educational settings. This role offers the chance to work onsite within a high school, a middle school, and a nearby private school, supporting students across diverse age groups and needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments for school-aged children
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress
- Providing therapy sessions to students identified with communication disorders
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of services
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as an SLP
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for CFY candidates
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage caseload across multiple school settings efficiently
This contract position is a backfill role running from December 19 through the end of the school year, with a workload of approximately 30 hours per week. The work locations are situated in Buda, TX, including one high school, one middle school, and a private school where half-day services are provided.
