A full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Kuna, ID. This contract position is for the current school year (CSY) and requires direct, in-person service delivery. Candidates must hold full SLP credentials, including the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Please note that Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are not being considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in students across all grade levels K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and review

Qualifications:

  • Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist with appropriate state certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience working with school-age children in a K-12 environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with students, families, and school staff
  • Ability to deliver services consistently in-person on site throughout the contract duration
