Position Overview:
Sunbelt is working with a local school district in Kokomo, IN to find a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) who is passionate about working with students. This full-time position provides an exciting opportunity to support children Preschool age helping them develop critical speech and language skills in an inclusive and supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Speech and Language Services to students, addressing speech and language delays, articulation issues, and social communication skills.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers and other educational staff.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to student support.
- Track progress and adjust therapy goals and strategies to meet individual student needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid IN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
