Speech-Language Pathologist Job Duties

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state standards

Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student growth
Federal and State Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active New Hampshire SLP License required

ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
