Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a committed and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time, on-site position in King George, VA. This role begins immediately and continues through the end of the school year, offering the opportunity to support students within an elementary school setting. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, adaptable, and dedicated to helping young learners meet their communication goals.
Position Details:

Hours per Week: 25–30 hours

School(s): Single elementary school caseload

Caseload / Age Group: Elementary students

Work Type: On-site only (no hybrid or remote options)
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with student IEP goals

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and maintain thorough documentation

Participate in IEP meetings and relevant professional activities
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Virginia SLP License (must be obtained prior to start date)

ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred

Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
