2025–2026 School Year | Full-Time Preferred | Onsite Only
ProCare Therapy is working with a supportive school district in King George, Virginia that is looking to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team that offers mentorship and flexibility depending on experience and availability.
Position Overview:

Schedule: Full-time preferred (37.5 hours/week), but open to part-time candidates as well

Location: Onsite at school campuses within the district
-
Caseload: Varies based on candidate experience and availability; includes PreK–12th grade

Start/End Date: August 2025 – May 2026

Supervision: Available for CFYs
-
Team: You’ll work alongside other SLPs, educators, and support staff in a collaborative environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct speech/language assessments and evaluations
-
Provide direct and consultative therapy services
-
Develop and implement IEPs
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration
-
Maintain progress documentation and student records in compliance with school and state requirements
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Virginia SLP license (or ability to obtain before the start of the school year)

CCCs preferred, but CFYs encouraged to apply (supervision will be provided)

School-based experience is a plus but not required
