This role offers a chance to provide essential speech and language services to students in kindergarten through second grade, with support for some older children as well.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with speech and language delays or disorders
- Provide direct therapy services to a diverse caseload
- Supervise and collaborate with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) to optimize service delivery
- Work closely with educators and families to support student progress and communication needs
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, especially K-2 population
- Skilled in conducting assessments and providing therapy in a school setting
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 50 students efficiently
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with school staff and families
