- Comprehensive Evaluations: Conducting in-depth assessments to accurately identify and diagnose a wide range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders across diverse student populations.

- Skill Development: Guiding students in developing critical verbal and non-verbal communication skills, fostering their ability to articulate thoughts, comprehend instructions, engage in meaningful social interactions, and confidently participate in their learning journey.
- Progress Monitoring & Data Analysis: Meticulously tracking every step of a child's communication progress, analyzing data, and adjusting therapy plans to ensure continuous breakthroughs. You'll celebrate each new sound, word, and connection they make.
- Advocacy & Consultation: Serving as a strong advocate for your students in IEP meetings, providing invaluable insights and practical consultation to families and school personnel on effective communication strategies and supportive techniques.

Who We're Seeking: A Dedicated Communicator
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and state-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who possesses:
- Licensure: A valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license. (CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply with proper supervision available).
- Education: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Experience: Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued, with a solid understanding of IEP processes and the dynamics of an educational environment.
