Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school team in Kent, WA. This position offers the opportunity to provide specialized speech and language services to students while collaborating with educators and families to support academic achievement and personal growth.
Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families.

Conduct screenings, evaluate progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings.
-
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Collaborate with school staff to ensure student accommodations and modifications are effectively implemented.

Serve as a resource for faculty regarding communication supports and strategies.
Qualifications:

Washington State SLP licensure and ESA certification required

Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
