Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility) required.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered.
- Experience in pediatric, school, or teletherapy settings highly valued.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in evidence-based assessment and interventions for a diverse K-8 caseload.
- Ability to work independently within a supportive school team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K-8 students in accordance with IEP goals.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Engage collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success.
- Maintain up-to-date student records and document progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team.
