Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a rewarding contract opportunity? We are currently seeking several SLPs to join supportive school districts in the Gages Lake, Illinois area for both the Extended School Year (ESY) and the upcoming 2025-2026 school year!
Opportunity Details:
- Location: Gages Lake, IL
- Positions Available: Multiple openings across all age groups
- ESY Dates: June 10, 2025 - July 10, 2025 (NSY dates to be determined)
- Summer Schedule: 8:15 AM - 12:15 PM (No school on Fridays!)
- First and Last Day Schedule: 8:15 AM - 3:15 PM
Job Duties:
As a Contract Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive speech and language services to students across various age groups.
- Conducting assessments, evaluations, and developing individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address communication disorders.
- Collaborating effectively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services.
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the overall educational team.

Qualifications:
- Active professional license is required.
- Must have an active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- Must have an active Professional Educator License (PEL) with an SLP endorsement.

Compensation:
For this contract licensed school-based professional role, the average hourly rate is $40-$55 based on experience.
