Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic team at a school near Keno, OR. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support students in overcoming speech and language challenges and achieving academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech therapy services to K-12 students

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Address articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication needs

  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Oregon state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one

  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates encouraged to apply

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience working in schools is a plus, but not required
