Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (no SLPAs for this role)
- Professional license and active GA PSC credential, or eligibility to obtain and maintain all required licensure
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Current fingerprints and ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to work independently and contribute as a collaborative team member
- Strong communication and organization skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, therapy, and interventions for students as assigned
- Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory requirements
- Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to student support teams
