Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic testing aligned with school requirements
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the communication needs of PreK-8th grade students
- Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language impairments in an onsite-only setting
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and inclusion
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, reports, and IEP participation
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC preferred)
- Eligible or licensed as a school-based SLP, with experience working in educational settings
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CF) looking to gain school caseload experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage a caseload of 50-60 students with varied speech-language needs
