About the Role: ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a unique itinerant opportunity, meaning the SLP will work across multiple school sites (up to three) within the district, supporting a diverse student population from Kindergarten through 12th grade. The majority of the caseload will be concentrated in the middle and high school levels. This role requires an SLP who is independent, flexible, and experienced in navigating multiple school environments. Position Highlights: Employment Type: Full-Time Service Model: Itinerant – up to three school locations Grade Levels: K–12 (Majority of caseload: Middle & High School) Start Date: To be determined (pending district schedule) Caseload Size & Specifics: Additional details are currently being finalized Work Hours: Typical school hours, Monday through Friday Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for students suspected of communication disorders Develop and implement individualized goals and therapy plans based on student IEPs Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy in individual or group settings Collaborate closely with special education teams, general educators, administrators, and parents Document student progress, maintain compliance records, and participate in IEP meetings Provide support and guidance to educational staff on communication needs and strategies Manage time and travel efficiently between assigned school locations Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in school-based speech services Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university Current or eligible licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in [State] ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Open to strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) with appropriate supervision available Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred Ability to travel between school sites; reliable transportation is required Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills What We Offer: Competitive weekly compensation Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, and more) Dedicated ProCare Therapy support team Professional development and continuing education opportunities Relocation and travel stipends if applicable Access to additional openings across the country should relocation be desired in the future Application Instructions: To be seriously considered for this role, please submit your resume directly to the hiring contact below.
