Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct therapy services for K–12 students individually and in groups
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Develop and maintain IEPs in compliance with Texas guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to foster student success
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all services
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility; support available)
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs with strong clinical skills welcome
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
