Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP state licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • School-based experience or a strong desire to work in school settings
  • Ability to supervise SLPA according to state and district regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across school teams
  • Organizational ability to manage multiple school sites, documentation, and communication efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language services, including assessment, intervention, and consultation
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Supervise and support SLPA in service delivery
  • Keep current with best practices in speech-language pathology for school-aged children
  • Communicate progress and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
  • Participate in professional development and staff meetings as needed
