Pay Rate: $40–$50/hour (based on experience)
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative and supportive school district in North Kansas City, Missouri for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for an adaptable clinician who enjoys working across a variety of settings and student populations.
Position Overview:

Setting: Onsite only

Caseload: Rotating across various age groups and school sites to provide coverage for SLPs on FMLA leave
Anticipated Rotation Schedule:

August – September: High School & Early Childhood

October – January: Early Childhood
-
February – March: Elementary
-
April – May: Primarily Elementary
Caseload Details:
-
High School: 25–35 students
-
Early Childhood: ~25 students
-
Elementary: 25–35 students
-
Caseload includes typical speech/language needs, some case-managed students, and students in specialized programs (e.g., Autism).

Experience with AAC is helpful.
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Missouri SLP certification (required)

Previous school-based experience preferred
-
AAC knowledge or experience is a plus
-
Comfortable working with students across grade levels and in specialized programs
