Kansas City, MO School Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity
Sunbelt Staffing is currently interviewing SLPs for a school-based position in Kansas City, MO. In this full-time role, you’ll work with a diverse caseload of students, develop personalized therapy plans, and contribute to a positive learning environment that supports every student’s communication goals.
Position Overview:

Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
-
Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success

Provide direct therapy services and conduct assessments as needed
-
Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
-
Support an inclusive learning environment that meets diverse communication needs
Qualifications:
-
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active MO SLP license (or ability to obtain)
-
CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered with strong supervision available
-
School-based experience is a plus but not required
