Hybrid - School Speech Language Pathologist - Elementary & Middle schools - Kansas City, KS
Position: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Kansas City, KS
Setting: Onsite / Travel between multiple campuses (flexible schedule)
Grades: Elementary & Middle School
Schedule: 37.5 hours weekly
Caseload: 60–70 students
SLP Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other school staff.

Conduct screenings and evaluate student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.

Provide direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings.
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services.
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student academic and social success.

Serve as a resource for staff regarding communication strategies and accommodations.
Required Credentials / Non-Negotiables:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

KS licensure required
-
Professional competency as a speech-language pathologist
