Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a supportive school district in the Justin, Texas area to hire a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year. This position offers the chance to provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in a collaborative school environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver speech and language therapy to assigned caseload

Conduct evaluations and develop IEPs in partnership with school teams

Complete all required documentation and progress reports on time

Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff

Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications

Active Texas SLP license required
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
-
Prior school-based experience preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
