School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Jupiter, Florida

This onsite role invites passionate Speech-Language Pathologists—whether Clinical Fellows (CFY) or those holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)—to impact communication skills within a supportive educational environment. Two professionals are needed to manage a dynamic and diverse K-12 caseload in a vibrant community near Jupiter, FL.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- CCC-SLP is welcome; strong Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest working with K-12 school populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to independently manage therapy sessions, evaluations, and IEPs
Key responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapies tailored to students’ individualized needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop intervention strategies, and maintain progress documentation
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with staff, families, and other professionals
- Offer consultative support for classroom modifications and generalization of skills
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local mandates governing school-based therapy services
