A Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide support for rural schools within a cooperative serving Junction City School District in Oregon. This position requires on-site work and focuses on delivering specialized speech and language services to K-12 students in a collaborative educational environment.

Position Type: Contract
Duration: Immediate start through June 12, 2026
Schedule: 8 hours per week
Setting: K-12 rural schools within a cooperative
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Support behavioral management strategies in coordination with school staff
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification (CCC preferred)
- Experience working within school settings
- Familiarity with behavioral challenges and strategies to support students with significant behaviors preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
