Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position within school districts in the Junction City, Oregon area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment, helping students succeed through essential speech and language services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

To be considered, applicants must meet the following Oregon state and local requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Active Oregon SLP License issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology

  • TSPC (Teacher Standards and Practices Commission) Licensure may be required for school-based settings

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates may be considered

  • Must complete all required background checks and fingerprinting in compliance with district and state standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ speech and language needs

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student outcomes

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines

  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and professional team discussions
