Virtual SLP – Arkansas K-12 School (Independent Contractor)
Location: Fully Remote | Serving Arkansas Students
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist looking to work from the comfort of your home while providing vital services to students across Arkansas? This full-time, 1099 contractor position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact in students' lives by delivering high-quality virtual therapy services.
Your Role:
- Provide virtual speech therapy to students in need, addressing a range of communication disorders from articulation to language processing
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student assessments and IEP goals
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings, collaborating with parents, teachers, and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach
- Keep comprehensive records of therapy sessions, including progress reports and IEP documentation
- Work independently and manage a caseload of students across multiple school districts
- Valid Arkansas SLP license
- Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms
- 2 years prior school-based experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule
