This position offers an opportunity to provide specialized speech-language pathology services in an early childhood school environment, supporting young learners with speech impairments, developmental delays, and autism. The role requires working onsite with a caseload of 30-40 students, delivering targeted interventions to enhance communication skills and developmental outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language services to early childhood students within grades served at the school
  • Manage a caseload focused on speech-only disabilities, developmental delay, and autism
  • Utilize the Embrace IEP system to develop and maintain individualized education plans
  • Collaborate with educational teams to monitor progress and adjust therapies accordingly
  • Maintain compliance with professional standards and school district policies

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Professional Educator License (PEL) with an SLP endorsement
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably within school settings
  • Familiarity with developmental delay and autism spectrum disorders
  • Ability to work onsite at the designated location, providing direct services
  • Knowledge and experience using IEP systems, ideally Embrace
