A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in an elementary school setting located in Westerville, OH. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, evaluation, and individualized therapy to elementary students experiencing speech and language challenges.
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation and reports in compliance with district policies.
- Deliver services with flexibility to accommodate district scheduling preferences.
- Utilize teletherapy methods as needed to support remote or hybrid settings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC preferred.
- Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings.
- Ability to support students across various communication disorders, including non-verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
- Candidates at the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) level will be considered.
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time (2-3 days per week) based on district needs.
