ProCare Therapy is seeking licensed and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work with K–12 students in Pennsylvania schools during the 2025–2026 academic year. In this role, you’ll assess communication needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with teachers and families to help students thrive academically and socially.

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility through the Pennsylvania Department of State, Board of Speech-Language and Hearing)

Knowledge of IDEA and IEP procedures

Strong assessment and therapy planning skills

Excellent communication and collaboration with school staff and families

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly direct deposit
