Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with mild to moderate communication needs across Pre-K–12 grade levels
- Manage and assess an estimated caseload while developing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student progress and communication skills
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational and state guidelines
- Provide itinerant services across several school locations within the district
Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure issued by the Florida Department of Health
- Experience working with Pre-K–12 populations in school-based settings, preferably with mild to moderate caseloads
- Ability to manage an estimated caseload of 60 students and navigate itinerant service delivery
- Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with school teams and families
- Commitment to adhering to district and state therapy standards
