What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for elementary students (PK-5)
- Develop individualized treatment plans for age-appropriate communication goals
- Provide direct therapy through individual and group sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and support emergent literacy development
- Provide consultation to elementary staff on communication strategies
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida SLP License OR CFY eligibility
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or strong interest in elementary-aged children (PK-5)
- Knowledge of pediatric communication disorders and developmental milestones
- Strong collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams
