Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) & Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Positions – Jacksonville, FL
We are currently seeking both an SLP and SLPA to join a supportive school team in Jacksonville, FL. These roles offer the chance to make a significant impact in the lives of K-12 students, helping them overcome communication challenges to thrive academically and socially.
Position Details:
- Location: Jacksonville, FL
- Start Date: ASAP
- Employment Type: Full-time, School Year Contract
- Caseload: K-12 (details to be discussed in the interview)
Responsibilities:

SLP:
- Conduct evaluations and diagnostics for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and goals
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings
- Supervise SLPA as needed

SLPA:
- Deliver therapy sessions as directed by the supervising SLP
- Assist in implementing treatment plans
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active FL SLP license, CCC-SLP preferred
- SLPA: State certification as an SLPA and relevant experience preferred
