Overview:
Soliant is currently seeking one or more full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a school team in Little Rock, AR for the 2025–26 school year. This is a great opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting students’ communication and language development within a supportive school environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students receiving services per their IEPs
-
Conduct new speech-language evaluations, annual IEP reviews, and re-evaluations in compliance with IDEA requirements
-
Collaborate with special education staff, general education teachers, and families
-
Maintain thorough documentation and service logs
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans
-
Manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining a student-centered approach
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid Arkansas SLP license or eligibility for licensure
-
ASHA CCCs preferred (Clinical Fellows may be considered)
-
School-based experience is a plus
