A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available from August 17, 2026, through November 20, 2026, supporting K-4th grade students in an elementary school setting in Lansing, MI. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Michigan SLP license required
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Previous experience working in school settings with children K-4th grade
  • Candidates with Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship completion are not eligible
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively and collaborate with educators and families

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students (kindergarten through 4th grade)
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Document progress and maintain detailed records according to school and district guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention strategies
