Contract Duration: Immediate Start through June 17, 2026
Work Schedule: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE, Onsite
Caseload: Secondary Students (Specific assignments to be determined)

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Issaquah School District in a full-time, onsite role. This position provides essential leave coverage and involves working with secondary school students through the end of the 2025–2026 school year.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

Provide direct therapy services tailored to student needs

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state regulations

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise
Qualifications
-
Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license
-
Current Washington ESA certification
-
Experience in school-based settings preferred
-
Skilled in assessment, therapy delivery, and IEP management

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to manage a full caseload independently
Caseload & Environment

Secondary school caseload (middle and/or high school)

Specific site and caseload details will be finalized prior to placement

Full-time, onsite schedule consistent with district calendar
