About the Opportunity
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Issaquah School District in Washington. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting students at the secondary level, designed to cover a long-term leave through the end of the 2025–2026 academic year.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students

Create and manage individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals

Administer assessments to determine eligibility and guide service delivery

Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families

Participate in IEP meetings and provide clinical insights to support student success

Maintain thorough records and progress reports that meet district and state compliance
Ideal Candidate Profile

Licensed as an SLP in the state of Washington

Holds a valid Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
-
Has previous experience in a public school or K–12 educational setting

Demonstrates strong skills in assessments, therapy planning, and IEP development

Can effectively manage a caseload while collaborating across multiple teams

Brings strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Position Logistics

Full-time (1.0 FTE), Monday through Friday

Onsite service required

Caseload focused on secondary students (middle/high school)

Exact school site and number of students to be determined prior to start

Assignment is expected to run through June 17, 2026
