ProCare Therapy is actively seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to serve K–12 schools across Washington for the 2025–2026 school year. Whether you're just starting your Clinical Fellowship (CF) or have years of experience in school-based therapy, we’ll match you with positions that align with your skills, goals, and preferred settings.
In this role, you’ll assess student communication needs, deliver direct speech and language services, and collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth.

Your Qualifications:

Active Washington SLP license OR eligibility through the Washington State Department of Health

Familiarity with IDEA, IEPs, and school-based service delivery

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Collaborative mindset to work effectively with school teams and families
What You’ll Do:

Conduct speech and language assessments for K–12 students

Create and implement individualized therapy plans

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development

Offer support and resources to parents and staff

Ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
