School Speech Language Pathologist - Irving, Texas

A rewarding opportunity awaits for a Speech-Language Pathologist interested in supporting students for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time contract position calls for an experienced SLP to deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 35 middle and elementary school students. The assignment includes conducting evaluations, developing and monitoring IEP goals, and collaborating with a team of educators and families in a dynamic educational setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success working with elementary and/or middle school populations
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Must have reliable transportation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for assigned students
- Establish and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP objectives
- Provide both direct and consultative speech-language services
- Maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing progress monitoring
- Collaborate closely with educators, special education teams, administrators, and families
- Engage in regular communication to ensure student needs are effectively met
