A Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school in Plano, TX, for a contract role through the current school year. This onsite opportunity requires a fully certified SLP to support evaluation processes and complete IEP paperwork, contributing directly to student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations in compliance with district standards
- Develop, update, and manage IEPs for assigned students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and caseload records
Qualifications:
- Certification as an SLP, with preference given to candidates holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Candidates with Clinical Fellowship (CF) status will also be considered
- Experience working in school settings, specifically elementary education
- Strong organizational and communication skills
