ProCare Therapy is working with school districts across Texas to hire licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming academic year. Position Overview
SLPs in Texas schools play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with communication disorders that affect academic performance and social development. You'll work as part of a collaborative team to deliver services aligned with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP).
Current openings are available across districts in cities like Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and El Paso.
Primary Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations per TEA and IDEA guidelines

Provide direct therapy services to students based on IEP goals

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams and families

Adapt therapy approaches based on ongoing student needs and assessments
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
-
Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Prior school-based experience is a plus
-
Must pass background check and fingerprint clearance in Texas
