A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 school located in Irvine, CA. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into academic settings.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current California Teaching Credential (CTC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings, particularly with mild to moderate behavioral students.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently without supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.
