Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid SLP license/certification as required by state regulations
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively on interdisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with providing direct and indirect speech-language services to K-12 students
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
- Provide evaluation, assessment, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and advisory staff to ensure comprehensive support
- Participate in team meetings and share insights with fellow clinicians
