ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Indianapolis, IN for the 2025–2026 school year. This opportunity is ideal for SLPs passionate about helping elementary students succeed in communication, language development, and academic achievement.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and treatment plans

Provide direct therapy to students in individual and small group settings

Address a variety of communication needs, including:

Articulation and phonological disorders
-
Receptive and expressive language delays
-
Fluency and voice disorders
-
Pragmatic/social language impairments
Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to support student outcomes
Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress toward IEP goals
Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid Indiana SLP license or eligibility by the start date
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply – supervision available
Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred, especially with elementary populations
Position Details
Setting: Public school, elementary level
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 contract
Schedule: Standard school hours, Monday through Friday
Contract Duration: Full 2025–2026 school year
