About the Role
A well?supported district in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Speech?Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year. This full?time, onsite opportunity serves two elementary buildings, providing both inclusion support and specialized services within essential skills classrooms.
Position Details

School Year: August 2025 – May 2026

Hours: Full time (30+ hours/week)

Caseload: Approximately 60 students across two elementary campuses

Focus: Inclusion support and therapy for essential skills classrooms
Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and implement evidence?based interventions
-
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
-
Provide direct therapy addressing articulation, language, fluency, and other communication needs
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Required Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech?Language Pathology
-
Active Indiana SLP license
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
-
Experience with school?based or pediatric caseloads preferred

Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
