Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Hutto, TX to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time onsite position serving an elementary population. The caseload consists of roughly 55–60 students and includes students in low incidence classrooms. The ideal candidate will have experience with functional academics, AAC devices, and assistive technology.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy and interventions to students with communication disorders

Develop and implement IEP goals
-
Conduct assessments and evaluations
-
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and special education teams

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Texas SLP license
-
Experience with AAC, assistive tech, and functional academic programs preferred

School-based experience strongly preferred
