Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time, In-Person – Hurst, TX

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person role in Hurst, Texas. In this position, you will provide comprehensive speech and language services to support students’ communication development, functional skills, and overall success in the school setting. The ideal candidate will bring school-based or pediatric experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

  • Conduct evaluations and assist with eligibility, reevaluation, and progress monitoring

  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote consistent communication strategies

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services and student progress

  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary discussions, and professional development opportunities

  • Prepare therapy materials and support organizational tasks related to service delivery

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain

  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
