Speech Language Pathologist in Hurley, WI
A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for the 2026/2027 school year in Hurley, WI. This contract opportunity offers a full-time position at an elementary school and a part-time position at the secondary level. Both roles involve working within a school setting to support students’ communication needs and foster language development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and track student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to support student learning
- Deliver services in compliance with district policies and state regulations
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in school-based speech-language pathology services strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations across elementary and secondary levels
